Zinc Fume Processing Equipment:
Select the suitable process for your zinc fume collection
- Fixed full-closed housing: place a full closed housing above the kettle with doors on both ends, and lift doors on both sides, connect with the outside filter by air draft pipe.(suitable for L shape or circle production line)
- Fully enclosed movable suspension housing: suspend a closed housing with lift doors on both sides on the travelling crane.(suitable for traditional plating line which the zinc kettle is very wide)

Offline pulse bag filter solves the problem of "dust attached again and out of control", which is appeared on the normal pulsed bag filter, improve the cleaning effect, thereby increase the filter speed. It means, reduce energy consumption and extend the service life of filter bag. It is our proprietary technology product. Offline pulsed bag filter is especially suitable for filtering the air with lightweight, small size and viscid dust.

Application:

Select the suitable process for your zinc fume collection
- Side suction with slot (suitable for rack plating): the exhaust openings are on both sides of zinc kettle, zinc fume is collected to the bag filter by the induced draft fan, treated in the bag filter. (this method is not suitable for zinc kettle with width over 1.8 meters.)
- End blowing - end suction (suitable for rack plating): install a blower on one side of the boiler, and install a recycling cover on the other side. The zinc fume is blown to the other end by the blower, then collected and disposed by the outside filter.(this method is not suitable for zinc kettle with length over 10m.)
