The feed pipe supplies engine oil from the engine block directly to the turbo's bearing system, thus secures lubrication and cooling for the turbo shaft.

Brazing welding workhop: To give out better performance of the bypass tube ,EGR tube ,cylinder inlet pipe we use the brazing copper welding pipe instead of shield welding.
We fully carry out the TS 16949 quanlity management system with manufactory.Start from raw material incoming inspection to container loading .

Bending workshop:To give out the best bending service for the bending pipe ,The bending pipe production was completed by the CNC bending machine or stamping machine ,to make each conner perfect withou winkle.

Tube Bending:Tube bending is at the core of our capabilities, we have in excess of 60 CNC tube bending machines across the group with the ability to bend tubes in diameters from ø4mm up to ø152mm.
We have several state-of-the-art multi-stack CNC bending machines which allow us to produce complex compound bends where there is very little straight length of tube between bends. This is often seen in automotive applications where there are very tight package spaces for tubes to be routed through.
End Forming / Beading:We can produce all different kind types of beaded end form on tube, from single beads for the attachment of hoses and double beads to allow for a hard stop for a hose joint. We also produce complex Quick Connector end forms for the attachment of snap fit plastic Quick Connectors and rolled end forms which have a very tight tolerance and are used to join to applications such as turbochargers.

The job of the lubrication system is to distribute oil to the moving parts to reduce friction between surfaces which rub against each other.
The process of lubrication in an internal combustion engine begins in the sump, commonly referred to as the oil pan. From here, the oil is pulled through a strainer, by the oil pump, removing larger contaminants from the mass of the fluid. The oil then goes through the oil filter.
The oil pickup screen ability to remove particles is dependent upon many factors, including the media material (pore size, surface area and depth of filter), the differential pressure across the media, and the flow rate across the media. Oil is pumped through passageways to the various components of the engine such as the cam, main bearings, rod, pistons, etc. Gravity then pulls the oil back down to the bottom of the motor to drain back into the sump, and the cycle repeats.
