Select the process of zinc fume collection
- Fixed closed hood (suit for L type galvanizing line and circle rail galvanizing line): place a closed hood which is with doors on both ends and lifting doors on both sides, connected to the bag filter with pipe.
- Movable hanging closed hood (suit for the rack plating line which zinc kettle's width is big): hang a closed hood which is with lifting doors on both sides.
Bag filter
Offline pulsed bag filter solves the problem of "dust attached again and out of control", which is appeared on the normal pulsed bag filter, improve the cleaning effect, thereby increase the filter speed. It means, save energy consumption and extend the service life of filter bag. It is our special know-how product. Offline pulsed bag filter is especially suit for filtering the air with lightweight, small size and viscid dust.

Select the process of zinc fume collection
- Side suction with slot (suitable for rack plating): the exhaust openings are on the both sides of zinc kettle, using induced draft fan, the zinc fume is collected to bag filter to be treated. Noted: not suitable for the zinc kettle which width is over 1.8meter.
- End blowing - end suction (suitable for rack plating): using blower on one end of the zinc kettle, the zinc fume is blown to the recycling cover on other end, using induced draft fan, the zinc fume is collected to bag filter to be treated. Noted: not suitable for the zinc kettle which length is over 10meters.
