In radio and television wireless transmission equipment, especially the equipment of wireless transmission antenna feeder system is highly required. How to remotely detect, monitor and supervise the radio and television wireless transmission antenna feeder system is particularly important.
At present, the radio and television antenna feeder system of wireless transmission is still only relying on regular inspection to ensure the basic safe broadcasting of the entire transmission system, which cannot fully meet the requirements of all-weather safe broadcasting put forward by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. In order to transform the antenna feeder system from regular patrol inspection to real-time monitoring, the company, in conjunction with universities in Nanjing, has done a lot of research on the signal acquisition of passive equipment of radio and television antenna feeder system, especially on the detection, monitoring, data transmission, real-time alarm, fault analysis and other research of antenna feeder system equipment, and has achieved remarkable results.
In the radio and television transmission antenna feeder system, our company installed directional coupling probe sensor at the connection of the main feeder and power divider, and the connection port of the power divider and the branch feeder to collect the incident and reflected power signals, and the collected signals are transmitted to the network system through 485 communication (or wireless signal transmission), so that the staff can realize remote monitoring data in the machine room.
In the radio and television antenna feeder remote data monitoring management system, detection equipment is installed between each node of FM and TV multiplexer, electric switch board and main feeder, main feeder and power divider, feeder distributor and antenna unit board to ensure that input power, reflected power, standing wave ratio and other working conditions can be detected on each node, and the working conditions of each node are monitored by sound, light and electricity, Anticipate the possible faults of the system equipment in advance, accurately judge the fault points, and timely solve the fault problems, so as to ensure the safe broadcasting of the antenna feeder system.
When the system is abnormal, the signal acquisition system will realize intelligent early warning and alarm, so that the equipment fault can be found in time when the initial abnormality occurs, repaired in advance, and will not be handled until the equipment fault expands, so as to avoid major broadcast accidents such as broadcast suspension.
After many tests, the radio and television passive monitoring system developed by the company is generally used for real-time monitoring of various wireless transmission antenna and feeder systems such as medium wave, short wave, FM, meter wave, decimeter wave, mobile communication, etc.
1.System characteristics
The system monitors the input power, reflected power and standing wave ratio at the antenna unit board, power divider and antenna feeder on the transmission tower through data acquisition and analysis, and displays them on the display in a more intuitive way of data and graphic visualization. At the same time, it can also realize the functions of historical data analysis, alarm, record query, remote monitoring, etc.
