Product Description
The Production line is suitable for producing the 3L-20L pure water, mineral water, etc.
The production line consists of blow moulder, opp labeller, rinser filler capper and bottle conveyors, as a option, you can choose handler loader, cap sleeve labeller, bagging machine, palletizer.
1. By the PLC system, the machine is full automatic, after the bottles are infed to the machine, the rinsing, filling, capping process complete auotomaticlly.
2. High hygene standard, all the material contacted to the beverage is SUS304, there is no sanitary dead corner, the machine is easy to be cleaned.
3. Thanks to the magnetic-constant-torque device, the capping result is guranteed.
4. The overloading devices is set, so the motor is protected, and it is safe to operate.
5. The control system includes the liquid level auto control, missing cap detection, output counted, etc.
6. By the special rinsing mouth which is high efficiency clean atomization spray nozzle, the bottle inside surface is fully rinsed.
7. By the HMI, it is easy to operate the machine.
8. Main electronics, valves, frequency converters are international brand. The quality is guranteed.
1. Rinser,
After the bottles are fed into the rinser, the bottle clipper will hold the bottle neck and rotate for 180 degree by the rinser rail, at the meaning time the rinsing water will distruibute to designated rinsing nozzle, and spray out inside the bottle, and then drop back to the water receiving plate. After the bottles are rinsed, they will transferred to the dried area. Then rotate for 180 degree again to the normal position and transfer to the star wheels.
2. Filler,
The bottle is lift the cam, then the filling valve will be open after the bottle mouth push it, the filling process starts immediately, after the filling level achieves the return air inlet, the filling process will stop immediately. Then the bottle mouth will leave the filling valve immediately, and transferred to the capper.
3. Capper,
After the bottle is filler, the bottle will be sent inside the capper, the rotate stop device will hold the bottle neck, make sure it is not rotated and kept straight while the cap come, at the mean time, the cap will be sent to the capping heads one by one. The capping heads will rotated while the capping shaft rotates, by the force of cam, it will complete the process of cap catch, cap load, cap screw, cap distruibe and cap sealed.
When the cap is catched, the cap pressing sleeve will adjust the cap position, make sure it is always at the correct position. After the cap is screwed, the cap will not screwed even the capping heads is still rotating due the magnetic device. At the meantime, the capping heads will go above, and cap pressing pole will push the sealed cap out. So the cap will not destroied and cap screww process finishes.
4. Cap feeder,
By the water fall device, the cap feeder can sort the direction of the caps, if the direction of the cap is incorrect, the caps will fall out from the cap lift conveyor belt, so we do not need another cap sorter above the capper.
The sensors are installed the cap feeder, only it achieves the designated quatity, the cap feeder starts to run, the cap returing tunnel is installed too.
5. Cap sterilizer,
After the caps are transffered from the cap feeder to the cap chute, the caps will go inisde the cap sterilizer, the sterilized water will distrubue from the tank to the spray nozzle, the steilized water will rinse the cap effectively and recycle.
