2) High-temperature curing drying tunnel: adopts tunnel furnace structure, adopts natural gas heat curing drying tunnel, hot air circulation method, uniform furnace temperature, good heat preservation effect, fast heating, and minimum energy consumption; hot air circulation method makes the furnace temperature more uniform.
3) Powder spraying booth:plastic powder coating booth with the filters recovery.
4) Suspended conveyor chain:adopt power and free conveyor suspended conveyor for transportation.
5) Control system: The chain adopts advanced frequency conversion control, the whole line adopts decentralized setting, centralized control mode, and each operating station is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which is convenient for stopping at any time.

Metal mesh is generally installed outdoors, so anti-corrosion is very important. One of the anti-corrosion methods is hot-dip plastic treatment, which is an anti-corrosion treatment method for the frame. It is preheated at high temperature and immersed in the flow of plastic powder. In the chemical bed, the plastic melts and adheres to the surface of the frame to form a plastic anti-corrosion layer. The advantage of this anti-corrosion treatment method is that after the plastic layer, it is not afraid of bumps and the anti-corrosion time is long.
