Coating Line Description
Steel pipe corrosion protective coating line is used for anti-corrosion coating steel pipe, which is widely used in varieties of engineering construction, especially in gas and oil industries, and in water transportation.
The coating line can be applied to FBE coating(epoxy powder), Two-layer extruded polyethylene coating (2LPE), Two-layer polypropylene coating (2LPP) and Three-layer extruded polyethylene coating (3LPE).
The pipe coating line meets the requirements of producing the steel pipe with coating which meets international standards DIN30670-1991,CAN/ Z245.21-2010,ISO21809-1-2009 SY/T 0413-2002, GB/T23257-2009,GOST 9.602-2016, GOST R 51164-98.
The coating line mainly consists of the following units:
